All of the snow has thawed in the last few days, and a sudden but predictable flood ensued.
Several country roads are still flooded out, particularly those near the marshy wetlands (big suprise).
Flooding hit closer to home as my house’s basement flooded this weekend. My roommated that lived down there had to be displaced to the living room while the fans did their best to fight the mildew tide which followed the literal tide.
Things seem to be much dryer now, and as a result, the basement may soon be a habitable zone once more
